You're exhausted from being everyone's go-to person, but you have no idea how to stop without feeling selfish.

You've tried setting boundaries, but they never stick. You say "yes" when you mean "no," then feel resentful. Maybe you've even tried therapy before, but it felt like talking in circles around why you people-please without actually changing the pattern.

If you're thinking "OMG, yes, that's exactly me," then you're in the right place.

What most therapy misses is that your people-pleasing isn't just a habit - it's how your body learned to feel safe.

There's a part of you that's terrified that if you stop being everything for everyone else, you'll be abandoned. Another part quietly questions, "Do I even deserve to call my childhood 'traumatic'?"

Your nervous system remembers when being "good" was the only way to be "loved"- yet it never felt safe or real.

This isn't therapy that tells you to "just set better boundaries" or hands you another worksheet about self-care.

This is healing that works with your mind, body, and spirit to guide you toward genuinely feeling confident in yourself and your relationships.

  • Holistic Therapy

A Therapist Who Truly Gets It

You'll work with someone who has walked this healing path herself and understands the struggle from the inside out.

Expect evidence-based practices delivered with genuine warmth, relatability, and care—never clinical coldness.

Hi, I’m Sabrina!

A therapist who truly gets it - because I've been on both sides of the healing journey.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Reiki Master, and yoga teacher who spent nearly a decade working with trauma survivors in foster care, advocacy centers, and shelters before discovering that traditional talk therapy wasn't enough for my clients or myself.

I believe healing happens best when we honor both our human struggles and our spiritual nature. That's why I created an approach that blends proven techniques like EMDR with the spiritual practices that actually supported my own healing: Reiki, yoga, and crystal work. Every modality I offer is one I've experienced firsthand as a client, too.

Your story matters to me. Your vulnerability is celebrated here. And you can trust me to show up as a real human, not just another therapist behind a screen.

What We Can Work On Together

Some of the struggles I often work with include:

  • Always being available for everyone else—feeling like you have to take care of everyone and can't say no without feeling guilty or selfish

  • Being told you're "too sensitive" or "dramatic"—and secretly wondering if maybe they're right, if there really is something wrong with you

  • Constant need for reassurance from your partner, family, or friends that keeps you feeling anxious and dependent instead of confident in yourself

  • Growing up with emotionally immature parents and not knowing if your childhood experiences "count" as traumatic enough to matter–or how to heal from them

  • Burnout and exhaustion from doing everything for everyone while your own needs get pushed to the back burner

  • Fear of abandonment that makes you twist yourself into knots to avoid conflict or disappointing anyone

  • Not knowing who you are when you're not busy taking care of other people—feeling lost without a role to play

  • Living in survival mode—always anticipating what others need instead of tuning into what you actually want or feel

  • Wanting to reparent yourself and learn what healthy relationships actually look like when you didn't have good models growing up

  • Yearning for a greater spiritual connection and a therapy approach that honors who you are and what you value without losing that important clinical expertise

If you're reading this and thinking, "How does she know exactly what I'm going through?"—you're in the right place. (And I can’t wait to meet you!)

What to Expect When You Reach Out

Taking that first step toward healing can feel vulnerable—especially when you're used to being the strong one for everyone else. I want to make this process feel as safe and clear as possible for you.

  • Start with a free 15-minute phone consultation: This is a gentle way for us to connect and see if my approach resonates with you. You can share what's bringing you to therapy and ask any questions about working together.

  • If it feels aligned, we'll schedule your first session: We'll create a safe container to explore what's been happening in your life and what kind of support you're seeking. I'll also explain how we might blend EMDR, somatic work, and spiritual practices based on what calls to you.

  • Begin your healing journey: Together we'll create a personalized path that honors both your human struggles and your spiritual nature. Some sessions might focus on trauma processing, others on building self-compassion, and some might include card readings or breathwork—whatever your whole self needs.

Want to learn more first? Check out my FAQ page for answers about my approach, what sessions look like, and my unique style of support.

Therapy won't make you stop being sensitive. But it can help you see your sensitivity as your superpower.

It can help you trust your own feelings instead of needing constant reassurance. Speak your truth without your voice quivering and your stomach twisting in knots. Stop apologizing for having needs, and build deep compassion for the inner parts of you that learned to fear them so deeply. And finally start caring for yourself the same way you've always cared for others—with wisdom about what you truly need to feel secure and the confidence to bring that to life.
